Marcus has an extensive leadership background with one common denominator, people. In Marcus' new role, he will have direct oversight of all organizational development activities within Board Developer, which has previously established itself as a true thought leader in the development of people.
Tracy Bullock will be Board Developer's first Chief Marketing Officer. Tracy has over 30 years of experience in marketing, business development and sales, having led billion-dollar brand development with global customers at Procter & Gamble for almost 30 years. Most recently, she held the position of President, Sandler Training, Arizona, a nationwide sales training system.
Avery Hayden has been elevated to the role of Director of Marketing. After leading marketing at a local solar company, Avery will reunite with Board Developer in this enhanced capacity, truly leading the charge in developing and managing all components of marketing.
Mike Lowe has been named as a new Director on the Board Developer's Board. Mike has an incredible background having led SRP's entire customer experience, earning 42 JD Powers awards under his direction. After 40 dedicated years, retiring as the Deputy General Manager and Chief Customer Executive at SRP, Mike was enjoying retirement until this opportunity came along to serve.
