The Aspire Design Tour Features Distinguished Design Industry Professionals Discussing How to Manage Client Expectations.

Aspire Design Tour, the traveling symposium created specifically for design industry professionals, is coming to Miami, Florida on February 6, 2020. The event will be hosted by BoConcept, the global leader in the design of bold, stylish furniture, at its Coral Gables franchise location from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM. This year’s topic for the Miami event is titled “Managing Client Expectations.” The speakers include Michael Wolk of Michael Wolk Design, Chris Cawley of Christopher Cawley Landscape Architecture, Billy Ceglia of Billy Ceglia Design, Thomas Divero of Dunagan Diverio and Sharon Gilkey of Montanna Design.

The panel of distinguished designers will discuss why understanding and managing client expectations is critical to the success of design projects and businesses. The speakers will explain why establishing a mutual and realistic understanding of the entire design process, including budgets and timelines, will build trust and positive designer-client relationships. The experts will share their strategies to best handle the process for alignment from contract to communications.
