Her nine-year tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton provided her with valuable insights into building partnerships, engaging with C-suite executives, and identifying opportunities for efficiency and growth. Her expertise in conducting research and driving operational improvements will be invaluable as BOMA expands its reach and influence. Sine's work has been instrumental in advancing workforce development within the commercial real estate industry—an area that BOMA has identified as a critical strategic focus moving forward. Her deep understanding of both BOMA and BOMI, coupled with her ability to lead in today's dynamic workforce environment, positions her perfectly to drive the organization's mission.

As Senior Vice President, Sine will oversee the leadership and management of BOMA International's strategic business plan. She will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across a staff of 48, while supporting the leadership and staff and divisions including Education, Meetings and Standards, Association Services, Marketing and Sales, Finance, Human Resources and Administration, Operations, and Advocacy and Building Codes.
BOMA International received over 450 applications for this pivotal role, reflecting the position's significance in shaping the organization's future. The selection process was multi-phased, beginning with the Human Resources department's comprehensive review of applicants. This was followed by an initial screening of a dozen candidates, with subsequent interviews led by BOMA International's leadership. The pool was then narrowed to six finalists who underwent assessments with an independent consultant with nonprofit experience, culminating in final interviews with BOMA International's Officers.
