Naples, Florida, July 29, 2014 - BonNosh LLC today announced the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 8,790,110 and the impending issuance on August 5th of U.S. Patent No. 8,794,959 - patents which contain broad claims to BonNosh's Unique OodleTip® One-Piece Disposable Bag with an Attached Customizable Tip and to associated methods for decorating and filling foods. The patents will run until at least July, 2031 (subject to any patent term extension that may be available). BonNosh expects to receive commensurate worldwide patent protection and to ultimately broaden its U.S. protection through other, still pending, U.S. patent claims.
