BONUSLY Ranks No. 482 on the 2019 Inc. 5000 With Three-Year Revenue Growth of 1,200 Percent

32% of Bonusly users reported that they were more satisfied with their jobs after using Bonusly

Inc. magazine today revealed that BONUSLY is No. 482 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the American economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent small businesses. PopSockets (a Bonusly customer), Greenhouse Software, and many other well-known companies gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

“I’m thrilled to share this honor with our incredible team, without whom Bonusly couldn’t have achieved such significant year-over-year revenue growth,” remarks Bonusly co-founder and CEO Raphael Crawford-Marks. “Our team has more than tripled in size since 2015. With HR and People Ops departments around the world broadening their focus in order to strategically improve the employee experience, we’re in a unique position to help facilitate that change by offering a fun and personal platform that drives employee engagement.”

Founded in 2013, Bonusly’s platform promotes meaningful employee engagement at thousands of companies around the world by leveraging the benefits of public 360-degree recognition, a comprehensive digital rewards catalog, and people insights tools. The company’s strong growth is due in large part to its effectiveness as a change agent for company cultures: 32% of Bonusly users reported that they were more satisfied with their jobs after using Bonusly and 45% reported that they were more likely to keep working with their company.

Bonusly’s three-year growth of 1,200 percent is above average among the 2019 Inc. 5000, with the average three-year growth coming in at 454 percent, and a median rate of 157 percent. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue was $237.7 billion in 2018, accounting for 1,216,308 jobs over the past three years.

“Companies that made the list, on average, have grown sixfold since 2015. During a stretch when the economy grew just 12 percent, that’s a result most businesses could only dream of,” says Inc. editor in chief James Ledbetter.
