Joel Schoen, the former Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy for Vacation Rentals at Choice Hotels, and Yohannes Semere, the former Senior Director of Revenue Management at Oakwood Worldwide join BookingPal team.

Both senior executives bring a wealth of experience in the vacation rental space and will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth plans for the future.
Joel Schoen brings to BookingPal over fifteen years of experience in the vacation rental and lodging industries. He was most recently the Senior Director of Strategy and Business Development for Vacation Rentals at Choice Hotels, where he helped launch and build Choice's vacation rental business. He was previously the Senior Director of Business Development at Luxury Retreats (acquired by Airbnb). He has also held leadership positions at Inspirato, One Key, Abercombie, and Kent Destinations. Joel holds an MBA degree from USC Marshall School of Business.
Yohannes Semere brings extensive experience in revenue management to BookingPal. He was most recently the Senior Director of Revenue Management and eChannels, as well as the Director of Global Pricing Strategy at Oakwood Worldwide, the premier provider of corporate housing and serviced apartments. He was previously the Manager of Strategy and Analytics and Regional Director of Revenue Management for Intercontinental Hotel Group. Yohannes has completed his MBA degree from Georgia Institute of Technology.
