Founded in 2014 by Heather Krause, Arista Real Estate has established itself as a highly experienced and locally trusted boutique real estate firm in Spotsylvania County. Their current location at 10472 Georgetown Dr. will now serve as PenFed Realty's Spotsylvania branch office, expanding the company's ever-growing presence along Virginia's I-95 corridor.
