PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., March 24, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Best Practice Institute (BPI), Newsweek's official certification partner, is excited to announce the certification of several companies who achieved the minimum qualifications for certification based on the Love of Workplace Index™.
This current group of companies include Ally Financial, Service Titan, TCG, DoorDash, LendingClub, Sedgwick, Jack Henry and KLICK Health - all being added to the list of certified companies, joining SAP, Dell, Avanade, Navy Financial Credit Union, and others.
The criteria in meeting certification is based on BPI research that shows productivity rises when employee satisfaction increases. The research showed 94% of surveyed employees said they are three to four times more likely to produce more and perform better for a company they loved, with 95% saying they stayed at companies they loved three to four times longer than less satisfied workers.
Companies can become certified by giving their employees an opportunity to rate them using the Love of Workplace Index™. Best Practice Institute provides certification at no cost to provide all companies equal consideration. Becoming a Most Loved Workplace® can help employers improve their rates of recruitment, as well as retention and performance of existing employees.
BPI CEO and author Louis Carter said, "We have drilled down into what love of the workplace means. We have the fastest and most reliable method of determining employee sentiment toward an organization, which is the biggest predictor of performance beyond culture and engagement."
Carter is also the author of In Great Company: How to Spark Peak Performance by Creating an Emotionally Connected Workplace that identifies the specific areas needed to become a highly respected, reputable organization where people love to work with each other—that is, a Most Loved Workplace®.
After an initial interview, companies are validated through a mix of BPI research criteria and employee satisfaction results. The Most Loved Workplace® criteria cover areas around measuring employee feelings of inclusion, respect, alignment with personal values, support in achieving results, and a positive vision for continuous improvement.
Carter said, "Taking part in this process is enormously valuable to companies because they attain critical data not available elsewhere, along with the promotion, branding, and marketing for recruiting and retaining employees as a company for which people love to work."
Best Practice Institute is currently accepting applications for its second annual "Top Most Loved Workplaces®" list to be published in the October 2022 edition of Newsweek Magazine. The application deadline is May 31, 2022. Newsweek published its first annual America's Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces issue last October 2021.
