Thirty-year real estate professional to lead 400-agent team in the Baltimore metropolitan region

Terri Bracciale named regional president, Baltimore region, Berkshire Hathaway PenFed Realty

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty, one of the country’s largest real estate brokerages, today announced the promotion of Terri Bracciale to regional president of the Baltimore metropolitan region. In her new role, Bracciale will shape the strategy and direct the operations of the company’s rapidly growing Baltimore metro region with a focus on sales support and organizational excellence.

“Terri’s proven track record of successfully leading growth and customer service initiatives will benefit both real estate professionals and housing consumers across the Baltimore metro area,” said Kevin Wiles, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty’s mid-Atlantic region. “Her ability to drive sales growth for agents while ensuring we exceed our clients’ expectations will further strengthen our market position in Baltimore.”

Terri began her real estate career in 1986 as a sales associate and has held numerous management roles in the real estate industry. In 2010, she joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty as a branch manager in Montgomery County before being promoted to senior vice president for the company’s Maryland region in 2013. Bracciale has been actively engaged in virtually all aspects of brokerage operations and has provided guidance and direction to the region’s 400 agents.

Bracciale earned her associate broker’s license from the State of Maryland and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation from the Real Estate Business Institute in 2012. In 2016, she received the Certified Real Estate Team (CRETS) designation. She is a member of the Howard County Association of REALTORS®, the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS, the Women’s Council of REALTORS, the Council of Real Estate Brokers Managers (CRB Council), the Maryland Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Bracciale currently resides in Sykesville, Md.
