Phelps brings over 20 years of industry experience, working with health systems in sales and marketing leadership roles. Phelps was essential to the rapid expansion of GE's Healthcare division worldwide, collaborating closely with global distribution channels in high-growth international markets. As a sales leader for their Cardiology IT business for North America, she developed deep domain expertise in Healthcare IT systems. Phelps also served in a sales leadership role at venture-backed Voalte (now part of Hillrom), where she built a multi-disciplinary sales team to deliver mobile communications and workflow to the healthcare enterprise.
Prior to joining Braid.Health, Phelps was VP of Provider Solutions at Wildflower Health, helping to build and commercialize a mobile patient engagement solution specifically for health systems. Under her leadership, Wildflower's provider solutions business grew year-over-year and is now the leading revenue driver for the company across all market segments. Phelps will assume an advisory role with Wildflower Health moving forward.
