The National Government of Ecuador is driving a promotional strategy to bring the country's tourism offering closer to new markets and travelers, following on from its successful activations at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
QUITO, Ecuador, Sept. 19, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Quito, September, 2026.- Ecuador brings together four extraordinarily diverse worlds: Galápagos, the Andes, the Amazon, and the Coast. Volcanic islands and unique species, Andean peaks, Amazon rainforest, beaches, heritage cities, and living cultures are located surprisingly close to one another, allowing visitors to combine nature, adventure, culture, and gastronomy in a single trip.
This diversity gives life to the proposal with which Ecuador presents itself to new international audiences: "All The World, Only in Ecuador". The National Government is driving a promotional strategy to bring the country's tourism offering closer to new markets and travelers.
FOUR WORLDS. ONE SINGLE DESTINATION.
Located about 1,000 km from the mainland, Galápagos is a world shaped by isolation, volcanism, and the convergence of three ocean currents. Its unique species—from giant tortoises and marine iguanas to penguins and flightless cormorants—turned these islands into a true natural laboratory of life and inspired Charles Darwin in developing his theory of evolution by natural selection. Declared a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site, the archipelago remains one of the world's great benchmarks for biodiversity and conservation.
The Avenue of the Volcanoes features peaks, lagoons, valleys, and landscapes that make the Ecuadorian Andes an exceptional setting for adventure and nature. Here lies Chimborazo, at 6,263 meters, one of the closest points to space due to the Earth's shape; as well as Quito and Cuenca, two cities recognized as UNESCO World Heritage sites. In the cloud forests of the Chocó Andino near Quito, biodiversity continues with species of birds, flora, and fauna unique to these ecosystems.
In the Ecuadorian Amazon, places like Yasuní and Cuyabeno allow visitors to immerse themselves in ecosystems of extraordinary biological richness. The experience goes beyond wildlife watching: it includes navigating rivers and lagoons, trekking through the rainforest, and meeting communities that preserve traditional knowledge, flavors, and ways of life closely linked to their territory. It is nature, culture, and biodiversity in one single trip.
The Ecuadorian Coast connects beaches, mangroves, dry forests, cities, heritage, and gastronomy. Its waters offer experiences like surfing and whale watching, while destinations in Guayas, Manabí, and Santa Elena reveal an identity shaped by the Pacific and by one of the country's most recognizable cuisines, featuring staples like ceviche and encebollado.
This unique diversity demonstrates that we can enjoy "All The World, Only in Ecuador".
The National Government promotes Ecuador on global stages.
The FIFA World Cup 2026 served as a global showcase for tourism, and Ecuador took advantage of it to present its international campaign "All The World, Only in Ecuador" to a highly connected audience and bring Ecuadorian tourism options closer to potential travelers, especially in strategic markets.
The campaign integrated experiential activations, Country Brand presence, outdoor advertising, digital content, and a promotional tourism landing page. These actions took place across several cities in the United States, including New York, one of the main international connection hubs.
As a result, more than 80,000 people engaged with the tourism promotion activations, including international visitors, Ecuadorian residents abroad, and migrant communities. Furthermore, the campaign achieved 27.6 million impressions on massive digital screens located in Times Square and Queens, expanding Ecuador's international visibility and generating new touchpoints with potential travelers.
These results are part of a long-term tourism promotion strategy driven by the National Government, through the Ministry of Economic Development and Production, to expand Ecuador's presence in international markets, diversify demand, and strengthen the tourism value chain.
The country's participation in high-visibility international platforms, such as the FIFA World Cup 2026, allows for expanding the scope of this strategy and presenting Ecuador to new audiences as a diverse, authentic, competitive destination committed to sustainability.
