VAN WERT, Ohio, Aug. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ambulance manufacturer, Braun Ambulances, is excited to announce they will be attending Fire-Rescue International 2019. Fire-Rescue International (FRI), IAFC's annual conference and expo, will be held August 7-10, 2019 at the Georgia World Conference Center in Atlanta, Georgia. Braun Ambulances will take part in the exhibition portion of the event, showcasing four new ambulances in Booth #1331.
The International Association of Fire Chiefs (IAFC) holds the conference and exposition annually, drawing thousands of industry professionals from all over the world. In addition to the exhibit hall, FRI features various opportunities for education and networking. This year, FRI will host general sessions on hot topics in the fire and EMS industry, including community risk reduction, leadership, technology, and emerging trends and topics. Other sessions and courses will cover topics such as Safety Officer training, counterterrorism, sexism and gender equality, family dynamics, technology, and much more.
Braun Ambulances will showcase four ambulances in Booth #1331. These units will include a Chief XL Type I Ambulance from Peachtree City Fire Rescue in Peachtree City, Georgia. This Type I ambulance is built on a Ford F-450 4x2 chassis with LiquidSpring™ suspension. The Peachtree City Fire Rescue ambulance also features RealWheels LED valve cap tire pressure monitors, Valor First Responder Seating CPR and squad bench and attendant seat, Federal Signal's e-Q2B siren, and Whelen® M9 Series Super-LED® warning lights.
In addition to the Peachtree City unit, Braun Ambulances will showcase a Chief XL Type I ambulance from Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This ambulance is built on a Ford F-550 chassis with LiquidSpring™ suspension. It also features a Braun MasterTech Multiplex Electrical System, Vanner inverter, Brigade 360 camera system, and Stryker Power-LOAD.
Braun will also have a Chief XL Type I demo ambulance on display. This unit was the first Braun to be built on the new International CV chassis! The exterior of the unit includes a Brigade 360 camera system, edge mount sound off lights, rear chevron lights, Gatorhyde kick plate, rub rails with Whelen® strip lights, and Whelen® Ion duo intersection lights for extreme visibility. Inside the module are Valor seats, a curbside and streetside Vista Screen, Pro Air 110/120V Heat/AC system, and a Franklin digital clock.
The last unit Braun Ambulances will showcase at FRI 2019 is a Super Chief Type I ambulance on International chassis. This medium duty ambulance features a David Clark communication system, Whelen® Pioneer™ PFH1 front scene lights, Hoseline FT 454 dual voltage heating and air conditioning, and Zico "H" tank oxygen lifts. This unit also include intercom systems, V-MUX® electrical systems, and Turtle Tile matting, among Braun's well-known standards.
