Bravo Releases Recurring Text Messaging and Additional Fraud Mitigation Features and Launches Beta for the e4473 Firearms Form

New features and functionality allow pawnbrokers to engage customers through mobile without adding more work, protect pawnbrokers from fraudulent online transactions, and foreshadow a transformational approach to e4473.

Bravo Pawn Platform, the leading point-of-sale software platform for pawnbrokers, today announces the release of enhanced text messaging, advanced security measures, and Phase I of a strategic plan to release the industry’s most powerful e4473 platform.

We knew fraud protection was top of mind for customers, as online sales surged during COVID. Highlights of the July Release

Automated, Recurring Text Messages: Bravo customers can schedule automatic recurring text messages for things like layaway notices, loan courtesy reminders, and loan past due notices.

Additional Fraud Mitigation Features: Bravo customers will receive alert messages when there are fraud indicators or suspicious activity on transactions.

New Fraud Protection UI: Address field now includes "Ship-to-Name" option and Bravo customers can access online customer information and ratings through new “Details” interface.

e4473 Beta Program: Beta participants can use the 2016 digital form for e4473 – Phase I of Bravo’s strategy to reimagine the experience of firearm transactions and develop the industry’s most powerful e4473 platform.
