BSN, which incorporates dark web analytics, employee security training, and security risk assessment, will seamlessly integrate its SMB Security as a Service platform with Autotask or ConnectWise Manage for easier, automated ticket management.

Gross points out the new partnership will circumvent problems with e-mail notifications. "One of our goals in joining forces with Autotask and ConnectWise Manage was to prevent MSPs from losing track of important email messages that can sometimes be shuffled to the bottom of an already crowded in-box," Gross said.
Previously, BSN used live email notifications to alert MSPs of security issues, such as when a client's domain has been identified on the dark web. Now, through integration with Autotask and ConnectWise Manage, MSPs can categorize and customize ticket routing to shorten ticket management time, simplify prioritization, and stay up to date on the status of each and every one of their clients, without cluttering their mailbox.
In addition to the initial integration, BSN will add new tools, customizable for specific MSP workflows. MSPs can establish prioritization and routing rules, minimizing unnecessary emails for specific groups. For example, staff members in finance will not receive a dark web breach notification, but they will get billing notifications.
