Brenner Design launches innovative office space planning tool
Indianapolis, IN (PRWEB) April 29, 2016 -- Brenner Design, Indiana’s largest women-owned architectural firm, is launching a free commercial real estate space planning tool to help business executives and real estate brokers effectively estimate office space.
spaceFIT, developed by owner and architect Diana Brenner and her team, quickly walks users through a series of questions to submit a request to the firm. The firm then creates an estimate of square footage based on the needs of the company and sends it back to the user free of charge. The online tool can be downloaded onto smart phones, tablets or accessed via the internet.
“Estimating office space needs is something most company executives struggle with,” says Diana. “We wanted to offer a tool that would take the guesswork away, simplify the process and eliminate wasted time and resources looking for office space that does not fit the company’s needs.”
spaceFIT is not just a simple square footage calculator tool. The submitted information that will take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete, is sent directly to Brenner Design where the staff review each request personally. “We look at workspaces, collaborative spaces, common areas, future expansion room, etc. and give a true estimate of square footage needed so the company knows exactly how much space they will need before they begin the search for the right office location or expansion,” says Diana.
Since it was founded nearly 25 years ago, Indianapolis-based Brenner Design has planed more than 2 million square feet in Indy at almost every tenant office building in the city, as well as throughout Central Indiana.
