FirstService Residential, the leading residential community association management company in South Carolina, announced the promotion of Brian Pinkham to senior vice president. An accomplished executive with an extensive background in hospitality, Pinkham will oversee the company’s portfolio of managed communities throughout South Carolina.

Previously, Pinkham was vice president overseeing the company’s portfolio of managed communities in the Myrtle Beach/Murrells Inlet area. In his new role, Pinkham will oversee and direct communities in the state, including planning and developing initiatives to align with company policies, culture, and best practices. Reporting to Dennis Abbott, president, Carolinas, FirstService Residential, he will also serve as a strategic business partner, working closely with the board members in the communities we serve.

Pinkham has over 20 years of resort, hotel, and hospitality experience. Before joining FirstService Residential, he led the executive teams at Captain’s Quarters Hotel Blue in Myrtle Beach, where he spearheaded strategic, financial and operational responsibility of the resorts and the executive teams. He shares a common vision for results, cost reduction, growth, and driving an optimal experience for our associates, board members, and residents.
