Brian Cappy has accepted the role as the vice president of sales, Caitlin Franklin has been named the vice president of human resources and Chris Rathermel took the position of vice president of information technology.

Cappy comes to Bridge Connector with expertise in software solutions and the health care industry and has been selected to establish and lead the San Francisco office. He most recently served as regional vice president in health care and life science sales for Salesforce. He led their interactive team-selling model to exceed both new business and renewal targets consistently. Cappy is proficient at leading sales teams to achieve shared goals that improve people's health.
Franklin brings more than 15 years of national health care experience in associate relations, talent management and acquisitions, and leadership development. She previously worked for Brookdale, the largest senior living provider and one of the ten largest home health operators in the nation. Franklin is skilled in working with leaders and developing their expertise to shape an organization.
Rathermel has extensive background designing, developing, and globally scaling IT solutions. He most recently served as assistant vice president of technology at Work Institute, a leading authority in workforce intelligence. During this time, he improved the organization's security and policy practices, scaling the company internationally while enabling new business with leading defense contractors and large health care systems. He also co-founded MEDarchon, where he created and patented the technology for a web and smartphone app-based system.
The executive hires are an integral part of Bridge Connector's strategy to hire more than 50 new employees this year. "These key hires are a huge piece of our success and what will make Bridge Connector stand out from our competitors," states Wenger.
