Broadleaf Named to HRO Today Baker's Dozen List for Top Total Workforce Solutions Providers and CEO Named a Provider Superstar
Broadleaf named as a top total workforce solutions provider for the third consecutive year and President and CEO Lynne Marie Finn named a Provider Superstar
WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y., Jan. 10, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Broadleaf Results, an industry leader in total talent management services, was named to HRO Today's 2021 Baker's Dozen List for premier total workforce solutions providers for the third consecutive year. These rankings recognize the top workforce solutions firms in the U.S. based on customer survey results.
Total talent management (TTM) integrates direct hire employee (Recruitment Process Outsourcing-RPO) and contingent worker (Managed Service Programs-MSP) talent solutions to create an all-encompassing approach to workforce management. Broadleaf has also been named to HRO Today's Baker's Dozen list of the top providers for MSP in 2021 for the ninth year in a row and has twice been named a top provider of RPO services.
"Broadleaf is honored to again be recognized with this award that showcases the quality and versatility of our total talent management solutions," said Lynne Marie Finn, President and CEO of Broadleaf. "Total talent management represents the future of workforce solutions, and the Broadleaf team has devoted itself to delivering optimal talent strategies to support our clients' diverse workforce needs."
HRO Today annually collects feedback through an online survey. Its Baker's Dozen rankings are calculated directly from clients using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance. HRO Today ranks overall scores from survey responses and analyzes results in three areas: service breadth, company size, and quality.
"Broadleaf's breadth of services allows us to continuously evolve our programs," said Dave Savarise, Executive Vice President of Broadleaf. "When a client adopts TTM strategies, it gives Broadleaf the ability to meet their talent resource needs now and in the future."
