BROOKFIELD, Wis., Sept. 17, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Milwaukee-area dealership Hall Cars has hosted an annual event each fall for years in an effort to help families that have been affected by cancer. The event, entitled "Drive Out Cancer," entails that for every vehicle purchased from Sept. 17 to Nov. 14, the dealership will donate $50 to the This Time Tomorrow Foundation. As the event lasts for 50 days, it has also been referred to as, "50 for 50."
Though the Hall Cars "Drive Out Cancer" page still lists the latest event as 2018, it is believed that the Brookfield-based family of dealerships is running the event again for fall 2019, as the "Drive Out Cancer" banner has begun appearing prominently on the homepage of the Hall Mazda and Hall Volkswagen websites. In addition to donating $50 for every vehicle purchased during the event's timeframe, a percentage of every service appointment will also be donated.
Assisting those affected by cancer is the primary goal of the This Time Tomorrow Foundation. Individuals can learn more about the This Time Tomorrow Foundation on the organization's website. Among other events and activities, the organization holds a yearly "Storytellers Gala." The honorary chairs at this year's gala will be Greg and Linda Marcus, a couple known for their role in Marcus hotels, resorts and theaters, the latter of which commonly sees them appearing on the cinema screen before the start of a film.
Those with further questions or inquiries about the "Drive Out Cancer" event are encouraged to head to the Hall Cars website at http://www.hallcars.com. Alternatively, individuals can pick up a phone and dial 262-435-5513, or head straight to the dealership location at 18909 W. Bluemound Road, Brookfield.
