As BSSF's President and Managing Principal, Ken directs approximately 140 team members among five offices across Pennsylvania and Maryland. He strives to live the mission of BSSF and is responsible for directing the Firm's culture, vision and growth strategy, as well as managing the Firm's professional services and internal operations. In addition to his role as Firm leader, Ken also has over 30 years of experience performing audits, reviews and tax services and specializes in working with construction, manufacturing, real estate and other for-profit entities.
Outside of his professional life, Ken is an avid volunteer in the Central Pennsylvania community. He serves as an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army Harrisburg Capital City Region; a Board Member and Treasurer for Cornerstone Community Ministries in Elizabethtown; and a Member and Past President for the Elizabethtown Rotary Club. He is also a Board Member Emeritus and Former Treasurer for the Whitaker Center for Science and the Arts.
