NEW YORK, May 23, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bruderman Brothers announces that Shawn C. Jackson will be joining its Investment Banking division as a Managing Director. As a Managing Director, Mr. Jackson will lead the company's west coast expansion with the opening of its office at 2029 Century Park East, located in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles, expected for late May.
Mr. Jackson brings to Bruderman over 20 years of investment banking experience and has been involved with a myriad of M&A and financing transactions ranging in size from $10 million to $5 billion. He has spent the last 15 years exclusively catering to the advisory needs of middle-market clients where he has built close, long-term relationships.

Previously with New Century Capital Partners, Mr. Jackson is well versed in sell-side M&A and raising capital. At Bruderman, Mr. Jackson will be responsible for originating, executing and structuring investment banking transactions across multiple industries, including media/technology and business services.
A native of Detroit, Jackson received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from University of Pennsylvania.
