Bryan University-Rogers and Academy of Professional Cosmetology to Hold Event for Dress for Success

ROGERS, Ark., Nov. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Bryan University and the Academy of Professional Cosmetology in Rogers, AR, will be joining forces to support Dress for Success Northwest Arkansas. Dress for Success is a global non-profit organization that supports the career goals of women with economic barriers.

"Dress for Success has helped thousands of people locally. Moreover, they have helped students of both Bryan University and our partner institution, the Academy of Professional Cosmetology."

Dress for Success Clientele in northwest Arkansas will be provided resume advice, job search techniques, and individual career guidance by Bryan University career services staff at a special event on Thursday, November 5th at 10:00 a.m. The one-hour workshop will be followed by free, professional hair and makeup services at the Academy of Professional Cosmetology. Masks, social distancing, gathering limits, contact tracing, and proper sanitation protocols will be in effect. All participants will receive follow-up support from Bryan University career services staff.
