BTX Global Logistics CEO Recognized for Leadership by Top Workplaces
BTX President and CEO, Ross Bacarella, recognized for leadership in Hearst Media's Top Workplaces. The global shipping and logistics company was also named a Top Workplace for the third consecutive year.
SHELTON, Conn., Oct. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- BTX Global Logistics Chief Executive Officer and President Ross Bacarella was named the winner of the 2018 Top Leadership award for small employers in Connecticut in Hearst Media's Top Workplaces. The honor was announced at an awards ceremony at The Waterview (Monroe, Conn.) made up of the leading employers in the area where BTX was also recognized as a Hearst Connecticut Media Group Top Workplace for the third consecutive year.
Any company with less than 125 employees in the Connecticut area was categorized as a small business. Businesses with 125-139 employees were considered mid-size and those with more than 400 employees were categorized as large. Although BTX Global Logistics employs staff throughout 28 office locations in the U.S. and Canada, only approximately 100 of its staff is based out of its Corporate headquarters in Shelton, Connecticut.
