Buckley Media announces two new additions to its team: Domain industry veteran Tess Diaz, and eCommerce expert Tim Hargis, creating a powerhouse leadership team laser-focused on growing its consultative, corporate domain services and partnerships.
Diaz and Hargis join Buckley in bringing their considerable experience to bear at an inflection point as the domain market is exploding—domain names and digital assets have become more valuable than ever during the accelerated digital shift brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Diaz joins Buckley Media as SVP, Business Development. She has extensive experience in business development strategy, with expertise in premium domain name sales, acquisitions, consulting and management. Diaz is also a successful executive coach—working with startups, entrepreneurs, and executives in business strategy.
Formerly Domain Asset Advisor at GoDaddy, and most recently, Senior Business Development Consultant for Media Options, the Domain Name Brokerage Firm she'd consulted on since its inception, Diaz was responsible for streamlining Media Options' strategy, business systems, and operations. A charismatic industry figure, she excels at connecting and educating entrepreneurs and domain investors. She served as both Executive Producer and host for DomainSherpa, the top industry podcast featuring the brightest minds and leaders in the domain name space. She is also a talented domain broker, having brokered premium domain sales well into the seven figures.

An active adviser to early stage startups, he was personally involved in, and negotiated 6 and 7-figure domain name transactions (including the acquisition of TN.com for Tuft & Needle), in addition to having a small portfolio of premium names himself.
