Tom Rousher has been an integral part of our company's success from when he started with us as a General Manager in 2010, to his most recent promotion to Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations.

This is why Buffalo Lodging Associates LLC, is proud to announce Tom Rousher has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Hotel Operations. In this role, Rousher will be overseeing the operations of a portfolio of 50 hotels primarily under the flags of Marriott and Hilton brand families. Rousher brings a comprehensive perspective that well-supports the needs of hotel operations, returning value for hotel assets and the team members he supports.
Since joining the company, Mr. Rousher has been promoted multiple times. He began his career with Buffalo Lodging in 2010 as General Manager of the Homewood Suites in Beachwood, Ohio and subsequently held the position of District Director until his promotion to Vice President of Operations Southeast in 2015, and now his recent promotion as Senior VP of Operations of all regions. Tom has more than 40 years of hotel experience with Interstate Hotels and Resorts, Aircoa Hotels and Resorts and including 5 years working as a General Manager with Buffalo Lodging earlier in his career.
