Building Champions Hires Carlos Marín as Leadership Coach

LAKE OSWEGO, Ore., Aug. 1, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Building Champions, Inc. announces Carlos Marín, former Vice President of Advancement with vast leadership experience in higher education, joins their coaching team.

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2021, Marín worked in higher education at Portland Bible College holding a variety of roles in the areas of Human Resources, Administration, Student Services and Advancement. He served as Administrator for nearly 13 years before moving into the position of Vice President of Advancement. Also Marín lectured as Adjunct Professor teaching courses at Portland Bible College. Previously he worked at both George Fox University and the Peter F. Drucker & Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management.

Marín earned an MBA from George Fox University and holds a bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University. He serves as an elder at Mannahouse Church and sits on the Board of Directors for SetPath, a community benefit non-profit that impacts America's future leaders.

As a leadership coach, Marín's approach to coaching is one of balance where all areas of business and life are addressed so that the full potential of each client can be realized. He coaches with empathy and attentiveness as he walks alongside his clients as they work to become the best version of themselves. He resides in Portland, Oregon.
