— Thiago Silva
A Brazilian-born native of Queens, New York, chef Thiago Silva is considered the expert when it comes to pastries. Thiago epitomizes the self-made, obsessive pastry chef, where during high school he interned at Fauchon, the iconic French epicure, where he learned his classic techniques. For years, Silva has designed and implemented dessert menus across the world, with the responsibility of creating unique desserts for handfuls of celebrity clients, including Derek Jeter, John Legend, Sophia Vergara, Lady Antebellum, Brooke Shiels and the 2011 Super Bowl champion New York Giants team.

Silva has been honored with various accolades such as Zagat's "30 Under 30" of 2013, Dessert Professional Magazine’s “Top Ten Pastry Chefs in North America” of 2015, and People Magazine’s “14 Sexiest Chefs in America” in 2015.

— Ken Oringer
One of the Boston area's most notable chefs and restaurateurs, Ken Oringer first began his journey in San Francisco at critically acclaimed dining destinations such as Silks in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. It was there that Oringer began to attract attention for his distinctive Asian-accented styles and his flair for making the most of his cutting-edge ingredients.

Shortly thereafter, Oringer opened "Clio" in Boston, an elegant restaurant within The Eliot Hotel, featuring a contemporary French-American menu. Within the first year, Clio was named “Best Newcomer of the Year” by Gourmet magazine and made John Mariani’s respected list of “America’s Best New Restaurants” in Esquire.

— Jamie Bissonnette
A James Beard Award winning-chef in May of 2014 and partner of Boston favorites such as Coppa, an Italian enoteca, Toro, the Little Donkey and Toro in New York City, chef Jamie Bissonnette combines his expertise with unique styling to create one-of-a-kind menus.

A winner of the Cochon 555 "Nose-to-Tail" Competition, Bissonette was also awarded with the inaugural People's Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Win Magazine.

— Michael Voltaggio
Winner of Season 6 of Bravo's "Top Chef," chef Michael Voltaggio has worked under modernist master chef José Andrés as chef de cuisine at Andrés’s Beverly Hills restaurant The Bazaar. But Voltaggio's career began at the Greenbrier's prestigious culinary apprenticeship program.

Having received several culinary awards, including the AAA Five Diamond aware, the Mobil Five-Star Award, and a Michelin Star, Voltaggio was the Chef de Cuisine at The Dining Room at the Langham Huntington Hotel & Spa in Pasadena. Voltaggio now has his own highly successful "Ink" restaurant in West Hollywood.

— David Rose
Finding inspiration in his surroundings, chef David Rose identifies as a southern chef "reinterpreting classic southern fare by incorporating the refinement of french culinary."

A Food Network personality and national brand ambassador for Nissan USA and the Big Green Egg brands, Rose appeared as a finalist on Food Network Star (Season 13), cooking head-to-head with chef Bobby Flay and receiving high praise from Giada de Laurentiis. Rose is also founder of the TLC Experience, where he partners with spirit and cigar companies to create one-of-a-kind dining experiences, and has been featured on shows such as The Steve Harvey Show, Hallmark Home & Family, Pickler & Ben, HLN, Sisters Circle Live, Fox & Friends, local morning shows across the country, and as a celebrity chef judge for the CBS Chef’s Classic.

— Fox Bros. BBQ
A staple in the Atlanta area BBQ scene, Fox Bros. BBQ has received massive recognition in the media, including ABC News, Food Network, Forbes Travel Guide & Maxim to name a few.

— Big Green Egg
A modern-day evolution of ancient cookers, the Big Green Egg is designed and modeled on the clay cooking vessels first see during the Chinese Qin Dynasty, providing a unique grilling and BBQ experience. Now the world's largest producer and international distributor of ceramic cooking systems, the Players Tailgate is excited to partner with Big Green Egg to provide our chefs with the most optimal grills available to prepare the menu.

— Operation BBQ Relief
Chef Guy Fieri has once again selected Operation BBQ Relief to return to the 2019 Players Tailgate.
