Business Executive Malcolm Goodwin Joins Encast's Board of Directors

AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 16, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Encast, a certified minority-owned business, is growing. As it grows and scales its Culture Cloud solution amongst the HR-tech ecosystem, the company will now work closely with Malcolm Goodwin to capitalize on market opportunities.

Outside of his role with Encast, Mr. Goodwin is currently Regional Vice President with Reset Digital, a technology company dedicated to bringing transparency to programmatic advertising. Malcolm was previously a Client Executive at World-Wide Technology (WWT), where he led several large enterprise customer accounts in the company's West Region. Goodwin was responsible for cultivating WWT's major OEM partnerships with companies such as Cisco, EMC, NetApp, and HP. Mr. Goodwin has always had a strong civic commitment, most recently serving on the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bay Area, where he continues to mentor children facing adversity.

This announcement comes just one week after Encast announced the appointment of Mohammad Hamid, who recently joined the company as a Special Advisor. Now, with Ramirez, Goodwin, and Hamid working together, the company will continue focusing on its next generation human-resources technology.
