Business Development Leader Falynn Schmidt Joins OTJ Architects
Leading Architecture and Interior Design Firm Expands Senior Leadership Team through Strategic Hire

A recognized connector, community and consensus builder, Falynn partners with design teams to nurture both established and nascent client relationships through transparency and earned mutual trust. At OTJ, Falynn will spearhead the expansion of our firm's Culture and Performing Arts, Higher Education, and Academic Arts practice areas. She will work in close conjunction with Chief Growth Office Laura Kennington, LEED AP, and acclaimed architect Gary Martinez, FAIA.

Prior to joining OTJ, Falynn led business development efforts for DLR Group's Cultural, Performing Arts, and Higher Education practice. Falynn holds a Master of Architecture from Georgia Tech.
