Baltimore, MD (PRWEB) November 14, 2013 -- A business litigation “Super Lawyer” since 2007, Robert Hesselbacher has helped hundreds of clients achieve resolution during his 30-plus years in broad civil practice. Given his commitment to the field of mediation, Hesselbacher’s recent membership in Mediation.com will come as no surprise to his peers and clients.
Hesselbacher has served as a mediator in numerous business, personal injury, workers’ compensation and probate cases and serves as a volunteer Baltimore City Circuit Court Settlement Program Mediator. “As a frequent mediator in civil cases in Maryland circuit courts, I believe deeply in the use of mediation to resolve disputes where appropriate,” Hesselbacher said.
After receiving a BS and an MA in Mathematics, Hesselbacher earned his JD from the University Of Maryland School of Law. He worked in the Maryland Attorney General’s Office as well as in small and large law firms before joining Wright, Constable & Skeen in Baltimore. He has serviced clients with a variety of civil litigation concerns and in a broad range of practice areas in cases throughout Maryland and in the District of Columbia and Virginia as well. He has had leadership roles as a committee chair or board member with the national organizations DRI and Professional Liability Defense Federation and locally with the Bar Association of Baltimore City and the Maryland Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
