Cadence McShane Construction recently completed Edison Apartments, a 498,882-square-foot multifamily development located in the popular East Riverside Corridor near downtown Austin, Texas.
Designed by Page Southerland Page Inc. and developed by Presidium, Edison features luxurious finishes and amenities throughout the development. The four-story apartment complex has 354-units featuring hardwood floors, balconies, patios, and vaulted ceilings. Amenities include a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, swimming pool with breathtaking views of downtown Austin, picnic area equipped with barbecue stations, and a chic rooftop lounge with fantastic views as well. Cadence McShane completed the multifamily development which features brick, panel, and stucco exterior with two pre-cast parking garages with the capacity for 468 parking spaces to serve the Edison residents.
