As AI-generated applications meet automated screening, new capability gives hiring teams easier access to the candidate signals behind each decision.

Cadient today announced the production launch of the Cadient Talent MCP Server, a new capability that connects supported AI assistants and internal large language models (LLMs) directly with Cadient, giving employers another way to access the hiring information behind candidate decisions.
The technology uses Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that allows AI applications to connect with external systems and data. In practice, it means employers can use supported AI environments to access information in Cadient rather than relying solely on dashboards, reports, or another proprietary AI assistant.
The launch comes as Cadient's latest Authenticity Report found signs of AI-written content across every industry analysed, with 50% to 71% of resumes containing at least one section identified as AI-written. But signs that AI helped create a resume do not, on their own, establish whether someone is qualified for a job.

The Cadient Talent MCP Server takes a different approach to enterprise AI. Instead of requiring customers to adopt a separate AI assistant for every system they use, Cadient enables authorised customers to connect supported AI environments with their Cadient hiring data and interact with available information through natural-language requests.
The new capability extends Cadient's broader approach to looking beyond the resume. The Cadient SmartSuite™ brings together candidate matching, structured screening, cumulative scoring and predictive retention insights, helping employers evaluate candidates using multiple signals collected throughout the hiring process.
The Cadient Talent MCP Server is launched with read-only capabilities that allow authorized users to query applicant and recruiting data, retrieve information, and run reports through supported AI environments, using Cadient's existing permissions model. Cadient plans to expand the server over time to support additional workflows and actions.
As AI becomes more prevalent on both sides of recruiting, Cadient believes employers will need more than additional automation. They will need better access to the evidence behind hiring decisions.
