Annual workshop will bring large-scale community management professionals together Nov. 3-5 for immersive education, community experiences and peer connection
AUSTIN, Texas, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Community Associations Institute (CAI) Large-Scale Managers Workshop will head to Austin, Texas, Nov. 3-5, 2027, bringing together large-scale community management leaders from across the country for education, peer exchange and industry collaboration. Cohere, a community management and placemaking firm dedicated to cultivating connected, thriving neighborhoods, will serve as the host of the 2027 workshop, to be held at the Hyatt Regency Austin.
CAI's Large-Scale Managers Workshop creates opportunities for large-scale managers to learn from one another, exchange ideas and experience community operations of multiple communities firsthand. The 2027 program will extend that tradition through visits to Mueller, Easton Park and Kissing Tree, three Cohere-managed master-planned communities in the Austin region, alongside educational programming and networking.
Matthew Dozier, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, LSM, regional director, Texas at Cohere, also serves as vice-chair of CAI's Large-Scale Managers Committee and will support planning for the popular workshop alongside CAI, fellow planning committee members and industry peers.
