CalcNerd, The Missing Calculator App, Unveiled for Apple Watch
Norman, Oklahoma (PRWEB) April 22, 2015 -- All Star Apps, an Oklahoma based app development startup, is pleased to announce CalcNerd, a synchronized calculator app for Apple Watch.
A calculator app has been noticeably absent from Apple Watch previews leading many to speculate that there will be no built in calculator when the Apple Watch is released on April 24th. This omission is especially surprising given the historic popularity of calculator watches.
CalcNerd aims to stand-in as a calculator for Apple Watch with its optimized large buttons and oversized display text. The app supports all basic operators as well as logarithms, exponents, and trigonometry.
CalcNerd also offers synchronization between the Apple Watch and iPhone. When a button is pressed on either device, the expression is updated on both devices making it easy to switch between devices.
CalcNerd will be the second app in the All Star Apps suite of “Nerd” apps. It is preceded by “Weather Nerd” - a comparative weather forecast app designed for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
