Caliber Public Safety and RapidSOS today announced a partnership to connect life-saving data from RapidSOS with Caliber's Premier CAD NG solution. The integration of Caliber CAD NG with RapidSOS will enable agencies of all types and sizes to improve efficiencies, maximize safety, and provide intelligent and swift response to the communities they serve.

During an emergency, RapidSOS enables connected devices (wearables, smart home devices, smartphone, connected cars, etc.) to transmit rich data such as accurate location, medical and demographic data, car telematics data, and additional information directly into 9-1-1 systems nationwide.

From accurate location information from iPhones and Android devices, to data from medical sources and connected devices, CAD NG users will benefit from an integrated workflow without the need for any additional hardware to view. Information from the RapidSOS Clearinghouse is automatically and simultaneously shared with responders on route or on scene within Caliber Mobile and or the FirstNet Certified Caliber PocketCop® application.
