Richards, who has specialized in recruiting senior level executives for the life science sector since 1991, focuses his attention on recruiting for board director, CEO and C-level positions for well-established public companies as well as venture/private equity backed startups. Industries where he is keenly focused include biotech, pharmaceutical, medtech (devices and diagnostics), healthcare services and healthcare IT, along with others that drive innovation and continue to push the boundaries of science.

Born in Greece and fluent in both Swiss and High German, he and his wife volunteer their time with charities primarily focused on breast cancer research and advocating for awareness and early detection.
