Based in Washington D.C., Leibman will help grow Calibre One's consumer digital and health and wellness practices.

Before that, he worked in the technology and consumer practices at Heidrick & Struggles.

Leibman's career began in professional sports working for the NBA's Washington Wizards. He was the franchise's top salesperson for three years. While there, he created its Sports Careers Day, an event attended by over 25,000 people.
Leibman graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The Johns Hopkins University. He teaches sports conditioning classes and has competed in the Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) World Championships. He volunteers with Back on My Feet, a non-profit that combats homelessness through the power of fitness and community support.
