SEO Training for Web Designers and Developers Announced by Bay Area Search Engine Academy
Livermore, CA (PRWEB) October 06, 2014 -- The Bay Area Search Engine Academy has announced their next master SEO training class which will be held during the week of October 27, 2014 in Dublin, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area. The hands-on workshop is designed to help web designers get up to speed quickly with the strategies, tools and techniques they need to optimize their clients' websites properly for the search engines, like Google.
Thomas Petty, President of the Bay Area Search Engine Academy, said, "We've only got two dates left in 2014 to teach this class, and we're really looking forward to the next group of students." He added that the classes are kept small so everyone gets individual attention during the course and can get all their questions answered.
Petty said, "We don't teach in large seminar formats because people get lost. Instead, our small SEO workshops give everyone enough time to practice the concepts in the classroom without getting left behind."
During the week, students will learn and practice the six-step process for search engine optimizing any content, including websites, blogs, videos and press releases. They will learn how to use the appropriate tools right in the classroom, like Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Adwords and others. The curriculum includes other advanced topics like keyword forensics and research, competitive analysis, natural language processing, information architecture, structured data and other topics.
Petty has been teaching the workshop since 2008, and has had students come from as far away as Hong Kong, Belize and more close to home, Mexico. "Most of our students come from the USA or Canada, but it's fun when we get someone from another country, and we hear their perspective about online marketing too," he said.
