Keller Williams Forward Management CEO, Paul Morris, also the author of the New York Times Best Seller Wealth Can't Wait, was the keynote speaker for the evening. During his speech, Paul spoke about empowering his agents through the collaboration of the offices, saying, "A few minutes ago, I watched two of our veteran mega agents, both from different offices and each of them with us for 14 years, meet for the first time and make a connection with one another that might lead to another family finding or selling their home- this is the type of magic that happens when our team works together." Paul went on to speak about the 10,000 families that KWFM agents helped equating $9 billion in sales in the last 12 months.
Paul and his co-operating principles, David Bailey, Eddie Krifcher, Gary Reavis, Joey Sacavitch, David Cullen & Josh Spitzen, attribute the success of their offices to the dedicated staff, Team Leads, and talented agents.
