California's McCaffrey Homes Honored with National Award for Highest Referral Rate in 2019 Eliant Homebuyers' Choice Award
California's Central Valley home builder receives first place in the highest percent of sales from referrals in the large-volume segment
FRESNO, Calif., April 9, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- McCaffrey Homes, a leading local family homebuilder in California's Central Valley, recently won the national first place award for having the highest percent of sales from referrals in the large-volume segment in the Eliant 2019 Homebuyers' Choice Award. This is the sixth time McCaffrey Homes has received the national highest referral rate award.
The Homebuyers' Choice Awards are presented annually by Eliant (http://www.eliant.com), a customer experience management company that has been surveying buyers of new homes for more than 35 years. For 2019, the winning builders were determined by analyzing the results of 125,000 surveys administered to homebuyers from more than 160 major homebuilders across the U.S.
