Caliper Launches "Caliper On Campus" Program to Help Colleges and Universities Build Data-Driven, Hands-On Learning Curricula for Human Resource Management Students

PRINCETON, N.J., Aug. 21, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Talent management solutions company officially launches program with higher education to help enhance HRM programs with assessment, data analysis, applicable learning, and certification.

Caliper, a talent management solutions company, announced today that it has officially launched its Caliper On Campus program with colleges and universities - at both the undergraduate and graduate levels - to embed assessment insights and application into HR curricula for hands-on learning scenarios.

As part of this program, students will have the opportunity to leverage Caliper's scientifically validated workplace assessment, the Caliper Profile, to gain insight into how to apply valid assessment tools in solving today's human capital issues as well as how to leverage their own strengths and pinpoint areas for professional development.

Students will gain valuable experience into how assessments are used in the HR profession to equip them to address employee selection, career planning, performance management, diversity, and organizational development issues.

The program is designed to enhance employability upon graduation by enabling HR students to adapt to the new world of work. In addition, real-world consulting case studies and applied data will be embedded into the curriculum to serve as a basis for guiding learning experiences in the most relevant human resource content areas as defined by SHRM and AASCB. As a result, students will be able to analyze, interpret, and apply data to address a wide range of human resource issues.

Those who become Caliper certified have access to a certification network and receive continuing education credits recognized by both SHRM and HRCI.

The University of Central Florida, in partnership with Caliper, is already queued up to deploy programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in the fall of 2019 that will equip tomorrow's HR and business leaders with the tools, knowledge, and professional development to enhance early career acceleration.
