Caliper announced today that Steve Scialabba has been promoted to Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International, where he is responsible for overseeing and facilitating the growth of Caliper’s global offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. His extensive experience with strategic account management at Caliper and deep industry knowledge of assessment solutions and organizational effectiveness make Steve fully equipped to take on this role.

Prior to his promotion to Executive Vice President and Managing Director of International, Steve was Caliper’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Accounts, where he served as a partner and advisor to some of Caliper’s largest clients by helping them streamline their employee selection, individual coaching, team building, and executive leadership development processes.
