Caliper announced today that Mary Beth Green joined Caliper as its Regional Vice President of the Southwest region, covering Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Her extensive experience with business development and her track record of exceeding company goals and client expectations makes Mary Beth fully equipped to lead Caliper's account team in the Southwest area.
In her role as Regional Vice President of the Southwest region, Mary Beth will oversee an account team and work with them to strategically position Caliper as the assessment company of choice to clients.

Prior to joining Caliper as Regional Vice President, Mary Beth specialized in scientific recruiting and understands the many challenges surrounding talent selection as well as the significant impact retention has on company culture. Most recently, she was a successful Enterprise Solutions Consultant with Pearson TalentLens assisting organizations leverage the predictive power of cognitive and behavioral assessments to improve all phases of the employee life cycle.
