2D animation is a great medium for delivering engaging and dynamic visual messages. In the social media world, animated videos have become one of the most powerful tools for communication endeavors. Four Categories, 12 Cash Prizes
The Reallusion Animation At Work Contest invites everyone to animate real-life projects like business promotions, educational / training materials, how-to videos, funny animated comics, YouTube news videos, and more. Would-be participants can freely enter any of the four categories to compete.
Each category includes 3 prizes; the first place will win $2,000 cash prize, second place $1,000 and the third for $500.
- Business Animation
Use an animated video as a commercial to promote any realistic or fictional idea, product or service. The video entry can also be educational: illustrating how things work in a logical manner.
- Comic Animation
Here we encourage graphic art designers who can turn original static drawings, illustrative art or comic images into animations. Give characters a matching personality to make an interesting short story.
- YouTuber Animation
The special category welcomes seasoned YouTubers who have more than 1,000 subscribers, to create YouTube videos more compelling by adding a virtual host or using an animated story to engage followers. Animators can even use the motion capturing features inside Cartoon Animator
- Education Animation
Both students and teachers can join by focusing on topics like math, science, environment, sports or any other educational area. Reallusion will request related Edu identification after receiving the submission.
