With more than ten years of strategic, result-oriented Channel experience and a record of excellence in leading business-growth initiatives, Nick will deliver his expertise as CallTower’s Channel Director for Texas. As an effective communicator and presenter with excellent interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills, Nick will be a key to strategic growth plans in Texas. Nick has held key Channel roles at Nitel and Hypercore Networks.

With several years of experience in field sales, business development, technology and marketing, Charles Phaneuf joins the CallTower team as the Channel Specialist Northeast. With his strategic and multi-faceted background, Charles will provide additional support in the Northeast region to boost growth.
