Making connections with camp, conference and retreat centers who may be looking for help in operations management of their sites is the primary goal for the non-profit camp and retreat management cooperative.

We provide onsite professionals, marketing, finance, reservations and other services, which brings much relief to so many hard working volunteers who own properties.

United Camps, Conferences & Retreats (UCCR) will be exhibitors at the Christian Camp & Conference Association (CCCA) 2018 Bold Conference to be held Dec 3-6 in Palm Springs, CA. The Conference is the CCCA’s Annual National gathering for people involved in the Christian camping industry.

This is the first time UCCR has attended the event. Making connections with camp, conference and retreat centers who may be looking for help in operations management of their sites is the primary goal for the non-profit camp and retreat management cooperative. UCCR has been an expert in site management since the inception of the organization in 1970. As a non-profit UCCR has worked with mostly church-owned properties, but has experience in working with other types of owner groups as well.

Mike Carr, CEO and President of UCCR will be in attendance and available to answer questions and provide information to those seeking property management services. “We currently manage 14 sites, and plan to continue to bring on 1-3 new site’s every 2 years. We are letting our community know we are available for service.” Carr said.

“We find that many camp and retreat property owners are struggling to make ends meet. We provide onsite professionals, marketing, finance, reservations and other services, which brings much relief to so many hard working volunteers who own properties,” says UCCR Chief Operating Officer Kent Shelby.

UCCR will be in booth 419 on Monday Dec. 3rd from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and Tuesday, Dec. 4 from 9:30 am to 2:00 pm. Three free In-Booth Seminars are scheduled on Tuesday at 10:00 am - Wearing the Customer Hat, 1:00 pm - Minimizing Operations and Focus on Program, and 3:00 pm Assessing Customer Feedback.

There will be a sign up in the booth to receive a free slideshow titled: Marketing your Summer Camp Program.
