DETROIT, September 03, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Forgiveness, it's a powerful tool that isn't exercised enough. One empowerment speaker seeks to change that stigma. Today, Harold Leffall, empowerment strategist, author, speaker and entrepreneur, kicks off his self-forgiveness workshop title, "Self Acceptance Now." Charged with deep and retrospective conversation, the workshop kicks off at California State Prison - Solano on Sept. 21.
The ability to forgive ourselves for mistakes, large and small, is critical to psychological well-being. During the workshop, attendees will take away:
- What is appropriate and inappropriate guilt and know when to take responsibility and when not to
- How to be unaffected by the negative vibes from other people
- Techniques to disrupt self limiting thoughts
"Until we forgive ourselves we live a wounded life that shows up as anger and illness," said Leffall. Without this forgiveness, we'll find ourselves repeating the same cycle. The players may be different, but the pain remains the same."
This transformational workshop was designed to inspire a mindshift for attendees. The goal is to disrupt old mental programming to make room for healing.
