Attorney Candice Garcia-Rodrigo Speaks to Small Business Owners at University
Rancho Cucamonga, CA (PRWEB) July 26, 2015 -- The University of La Verne Small Business Development Center sponsored the event for small businesses at which Garcia-Rodrigo was the primary speaker. Speaking in front of an engaged audience for two hours, Garcia-Rodrigo touched on several points of interest to small business, relating to incorporation and the differences between types of entities, such as sole proprietorships, partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and Corporations. She highlighted the advantages of incorporation and also discussed the criteria business owners should use when deciding if incorporation is right for them. During the event, Garcia-Rodrigo also fielded questions from the audience about the law, its impact on, and usefulness to small business owners. A key subject of importance of the group was maintaining liability protection for the business, which she explained in great detail.
The Rodrigo Law Firm, PC was founded in 2010 by Candice and her husband Aruna, who are both members of the California Bar and alumni of the University of La Verne.
