This year, the Candoni De Zan family is proudly partnering with the Arbor Day Foundation as it leads the Time for Trees initiative. The platform aims to drive awareness around trees as a scalable solution to the world's most critical environmental issues. Showcasing the simplicity of tree planting, this is a unique opportunity for corporations, communities, and individual citizens to power positive environmental change in a critical time. Alongside partners like Candoni De Zan, the Arbor Day Foundation aims to plant 100 million trees by 2022. It's a powerfully simple way to reverse the damage done by climate change, and necessary to preserve essential components of life, like water, clean air, healthy food, and a liveable climate.

For the month of April, the Candoni De Zan family will make a generous donation to the Arbor Day Foundation for every case of wine sold. With all wine purchases of the popular Candoni Organic Merlot, Pinot Grigio, and Buongiorno, the sales of these bottles will contribute to the planting of new trees in national forests across the United States. Supporting the Arbor Day Foundation initiative is an extension of Candoni's existing sustainability efforts. Wine lovers and environmentalists alike can increase the size of the Candoni contribution by purchasing bottles of Candoni wines, grown using sustainable methods and made with organic grapes.

“The Candoni De Zan family is committed to environmental conservation and sustainability. We’re excited to continue our tradition of working with the Arbor Day Foundation. It’s a great opportunity to partner with an organization that shares our commitment to driving long-term environmental change,” states Barbara Candoni De Zan, owner of Candoni Wines. With organic grapes grown in accordance with the Italian certifier Suolo e Salute, which create a selection of organic, gluten-free, vegan-certified wines, Candoni De Zan’s Organic Pinot Grigio is the number one Italian sustainably produced organic wine in the United States.
