Capture Higher Ed Names Education Technology Veteran Rajeev Arora as Chief Product Officer
Arora brings three decades of education technology leadership experience from Nearpod, Parchment and Blackboard to oversee product strategy, innovation and scaling at Capture.
LOUISVILLE, Ky., Dec. 9, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Capture Higher Ed announced the appointment of ed tech and enterprise software veteran Rajeev Arora as its new chief product officer. With more than 30 years of experience growing global software companies from concept to industry-leading businesses, Arora will oversee product strategy and development at Capture, a leading enrollment management and marketing firm that has served hundreds of institutions across the country.
From 2012 to 2018, Arora was the senior vice president of product at Parchment, a provider of academic credential solutions for schools and universities, where he developed strategy and led delivery of products within the company's online platform. Before that, Arora served in key leadership roles at Blackboard, a leading provider of education-related software and services, and Elluminate, a venture-backed virtual classroom software provider.
Arora comes to Capture after serving as chief operating officer for Lingk, a higher education data integration platform, and chief marketing officer for Nearpod, which provides K-12 teachers an interactive classroom tool to engage students with online activities.

Arora has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, N.Y. He earned his master's in engineering management from Santa Clara University in California.
